Fabulous team! The service technician completely transformed our hearth. The attention to both safety and esthetics was really above and beyond.

I'd tried before to get a professional to fix an old propane stove in an office space. That person told me how hard it was to get parts to fix those stoves, and left without results! So I gave up trying. Then I called Anderson's and they sent Leon, who diagnosed the problem within minutes, had the right part with him, cleaned the entire stove in the process, and had it running within an hour! AND he let me watch! AND he answered my stupid questions! I am delighted!

Expert technician Terry C. was able to diagnose and fix/repair my gas fireplace in record time, and while he had my entire system "apart/in pieces", completely cleaned every single part before reinstalling. He arrived on time and was completely patient and understanding, in handling my "what's that for or do?" uneducated questions! If there is something wrong, or not working correctly, with your fireplace or heating system(s), call Anderson's. I will, the next time something "goes wrong" in my house.

The team was amazing from sales to service and everyone involved really. Very thankful for all they did with our installation of our gas fireplace. Will definitely be hiring/referring them again, for any future projects.

We scheduled the work with Anderson's to repair a damaged chimney. They had an earlier opening and got us in their schedule quickly and the repair work was done expertly, and below the original estimate cost. Can't ask for more than that!! Excellent.

Went here on my lunch break looking for rocks for a fish tank. I needed hard rocks with no veins that might leach into the water. Obviously I wasn't a big spender of a customer buying a pallet of rocks but Dave took me around and offered advice based on what I needed and we found some cool rocks. I tested all the rocks we picked out with my acid test and they were all good picks. I know my request was tedious for the middle of a Tuesday but they helped me out of a pickle for sure.

The guys at andersons are all very helpful and accomodating. I am a chimney sweep and they take care of me very well. I have purchased stoves in other areas from stove and block company's that just expect you to buy from them.
